Thanks for great info. Do we need to dry out the salts if we use the flycerine method? Will the salts not clump together?

You do not want to leave it out with glycerin as it will attract moisture to it. Just use a very small amount and you won’t have clumping. If you add too much, add more salt :)

Is Mica powder water soluble?

No it is not.

@@SummerRainDIY Mica is not water soluble so would it float up on the water after the salt is added in water or some polysorbate 80 is needed for mica to dissolve completely in water?

It does float up a bit, but it still lightly colors the bath. Polysorbate would help to disperse it.
