Nice concise presentation. I was looking for a discussion on how to manage line spacing in the event there are more than one lines on a subtitle. For some reason my Power Director started formatting my subtitles with double spacing and I have no idea why or how to put it back to single spacing. Thanks if you can help with this.

Hi! I'm new to PowerDirector, so I am already grateful for your videos. I'm trying to make Blu-rays that would allow me to pick from different subtitle tracks with one video from the main menu. Is that something that can be done? For example, picking from English or Japanese as opposed to just off or on. Thanks!

I'm not aware of a way to do that in PowerDirector.

The standard DVD settings should give you the best quality at the optimum bit rate.

I would like to add two .srt files one for each video file on my dvd project. So far not succeeding only one video displays the subtitles. Im using power director 16. Thank you for your suggestions

You need to have software that can burn 2-sided DVDs

I'm on PowerDirector 21 Ultimate and the subtitles room has been removed, wtf.

Nope. It's there. Right under the ... More button.

@@sgrisetti What I meant to say is that the option is literally grayed out for me. Even if I press the F12 button it doesn't show up. I did all of the options menu to see if I had to enable it somewhere but found nothing.

Assuming you have video on your timeline, I have no idea why that would happen. You do have to have video on your timeline to access these "More" rooms.

@@sgrisetti Oh yes, that was it. Seems like a very dumb decision on their end to just outright disable the room until there's a video in. To a new user it makes it look like there's features missing and I almost got it refunded because of that.

Another version of PowerDirector is able to automatically analyze the audio and automate subtitles... Very disappointed PD 21 doesn't.

Which version did that? I'm not aware of PowerDirector ever having that feature.
