The undo command hasnt been working for me

I get invalid arguments error when using /b over d[n]. Doenst matter what number I put. The depth is always 3

Try /b over depth , e.g. /b over depth 2 The command has changed sometime after I uploaded the video.

you should use sand when adding terrain, it falls so you wont have any gaps

That's not necessary when using this sculpting-approach properly, plus sand doesn't allow you to create caves or overhangs, requiring more sculpting work after switching to stone anyway. You can use sand ofc if you want to, but that really comes down to personal preference.
