Great show, we are lucky you love baseball. What are some good tips for hitting the center of the ball? I have heard to, "hit the golf ball inside the baseball," "watch the bat hit the ball," but i am probably totally out of position as well. You are inspirational, keep following your heart.

So I'm an ok hitter but I'm having problems getting my hips and lower body into my swings. At practice or if I'm thinking about I can do it but in a game when I'm focused on hitting the ball then I usually don't. Do you have any tips or drills or something that can help me? Also I love your videos keep up the great work

CSL Hyper As you go to swing, turn your back knee towards the pitcher. This will turn your hips.

Don’t sqish the bug and more weight though the front leg, you want to become weightless in the back leg at contact. Be careful not to pull the front shoulder to early and create bat drag. I do like the flex in from knee upon front foot landing and start of core rotation. Also be careful not to rotate shoulders with hip after plant. Plant hip and back knee then hands and shoulders to crest coil affect and power while maintaining pitch recognition, strikezone awareness to hit all pitches with power. Stay away from all or nothing swinging .
