I’m a big fan of running an a-gap power style offense on my MAC dynasty. I really want to incorporate the option plays seen in this scheme as I ran the triple option in high school. Great video with a lot of tangible insight into the CFB game aspect as well.

@DuceSenpai so far we’re it’s a rebuild stage for the first two seasons been scouting agile lineman, getting power/elusive back and physical receivers been great been getting them a lot but I might get one deep threat to have and be reliable when I need, quarterback has alright i bench my quarter back that had 85 speed with a quarterback that’s has a 89 but 95 acceleration which is good. Is there anything I can do better or improve upon on ? always willing to listen to feedback from the best of the bests. Been trying to get the pass and power blockers out of here and as well keeping I kept some deep threats around

Had to circle back to this one. Made a HC with army alma mater to give the little narrative i need lol. Started at bowling green and just took over a terrible michigan state. 222 rush yds in a win @ notre dame. Most fun ive had in dynasty all game cycle is with this book. Chew clock tempo just pounding the rock.

@@DuceSenpai I just finished my first season running it. It's safe to say it was a success, lol. I won the Championship, beating Ohio State 14-6. It was my fourth time playing Ohio State in the playoffs (I'm 3-1). I ran the scheme by committee. I had four backs in rotation. One ended up winning running back of the year, and two others just entered the draft. It's also been a fun challenge to recruit players who fit the scheme.

I usually change a blocking TE to fullback and can still run it pretty good thanks to the weight detection feature. Their trucking isn’t too good but they still smash up the middle. Also, a slower power RB actually makes running a bit easier because they aren’t out sprinting their blockers and pulling linemen. Too fast and even with no sprint button they will pass lineman before they can block

During the offseason, position changes. However, Sometimes a certain lineman will pop up as an option at fullback at the bottom of the depth chart. You can easily move a LT to Guard, Center or RT with the depth chart.

Fun fact, we didn’t actually use a triple option. It was a fake to the FB with the C/G releasing the nose and the FB took the NG out of the play, allowing for the C/G to move to the linebackers. We just happened to run so many trap/dive concepts the NG had no choice but to cover the FB almost every play. We also didn’t run speed option, always load with a FB taking on the S/CB, which ever was dumb enough to come down hill first. Nobody knew this until after TO retired and it’s why nobody could replicate the success.

Thank you my guy! Spread Option id say use Jacksonville St. It’s tough because most teams dont play ball like this anymore. Try Army, Liberty, Michigan. Those playbooks are pretty run heavy. Army and Liberty for option and Michigan more prostyle run.

@@DuceSenpai found it so how do you determine which run concept to call especially against cover 3 where since if you throw everytime you see it it defeats the purpose of running this offense

Depends on the box. This offense is run heavy but if you’re having trouble running against Cover 3, you need to attack the edge. Stretch works damn good especially if you have physical wideouts and a great blocking tight end. Works even better with a tight set that drags the outer third defender closer to the box.
