After submitting the billing form, and money was transferred from my bank account, it shows me a page that says "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now" (if I click on the complete your purchase now, it shows me a page and asking for my credit card info again and saying the price of enrollment), but at the page's middle top section, below my apple ID name they say "(Pending)" does that mean I just need to wait for 48hours and after 48 hours if my apple developer account is still not available then I contact apple support?

Future me: Yes need wait for 48hours or more. For me, I waited for 3 weeks+ until today 5May2021 my apple developer enrollment is approved and I can now start upload app to appstore. Within these 3 weeks, been exchanging mail from apple customer service. You can also use direct phone call to customer service for faster process I think. Tips: You can view your order details in the apple store. If your enrollment is a success and approved, it will show "Enrolment Complete".

@@kiprasvitas Yes fixed. Just need to wait for 48hours or more for their approval. For mine, it took around 3 weeks to approve -.- ( in Malaysia). If after 48hours and it haven't approve yet you can try mailing or calling them to ask for the approval progress.

Is there any way to enrol if you are under 18 without needed to use a parent’s account? I am 14 and want to publish apps, but do not want my name to show up as my parent’s name, an I do not want them to have to log in with their apple ID every times I need to do something with the apple dev program.
