My issue is that even though I have been through the transformation that I want to create the program on, myself, I am unable to access the mindset and fears I encountered along the way. I know the steps I took but I can't remember the mental struggles and fears I had well enough. So what I do now is I document my journey right now and I take on 1:1 clients to works this stuff through to see what comes up with them. It's weird to know the steps I took but not remembering what were my challenges.

In Life Coaching it's hard to calculate ROI - more like the value comes in some level of happiness and satisfaction. Tangible results are more visible in business coaching, career coaching, and to an extent in health coaching etc.....just IMHO.

Thank you for this video! I'm a writing coach who felt like she needed to offer more to her clients. So, I'm training to become a yoga instructor, as well. My writing coach program will include informational videos on writing and self-publishing, tailored to women who have leveled up in their C-PTSD healing and want to share their stories, as people who have been quiet about traumas might feel more shame. The yoga videos will be tailored toward creative expression and self-love, which has helped me feel more content in my creative world. I'm still working out the details but feel more confident in this path than the editor path that I had tried.

Since recovery people have no money, consider making a nonprofit for your business and seeking grants and donations or sponsorships from big corporations to help you serve that niche. If parents are involved for those in recovery, target parents who have the deep pockets and serve their kids. ❤
