So interesting watching someone guide someone instead of advising someone. After watching this, I was able to action something immediately. I felt less hard on myself for not getting something done. I understood I was focusing on my priorities 🧘‍♂️.

I've watched this 4 times each time I found valuable material to implement into my life. I feel the pull to cook homemade meals for my partner. This act is my womanly badge. Lol. Realizing I choose to do it and the self created pressure can be reduced through various strategies! Thank you very much!

An interesting session, and Kristine asks some really good Coaching questions, but I get a sense there is some degree of advice or influence from the Coach which maybe comes into the Trainer area, a lot of interpretation, not sure it’s the best way to go in a pure Coaching approach, but definitely interesting to watch..

That's what I thought as well. I am an aspiring coach and finished a course, where they talk about what you mentioned. I am thinking, maybe after a while along with some experience, some coaches might have different approaches depending on the client. Maybe. But I am glad I am not the only one who thought about it. :D

I am a RN , but through my accident at work, my body went into C-ptsd symptoms (didn't know it then) I joined a program to become a Professional Addiction/Abuse Coach and my life has changed. I haven't went back to nursing my passion is helping others pull out of them all the amazing qualities and power within. This is where I learned that my childhood trauma had been controlling my actions, attitudes and behaviors. In my opinion, we all need a Coach!

Personally, she needs to be in her feminine behaviors which is why she is stressful. The idea of masculinity (running a business and taking many task) is taking her out of feminine alignment and BEING PREGANT is requesting FEMININE nature, the husband needs to balance her out, so this is more of a couples session rather than an individual because SUPPORT and alignment is needed. She will feel fulfilled and less stress if she just stays being a mom rather than challenge the world like a male MASCULINE would.

It was a really good coaching session. Very effective in getting the PBC to the awareness and I can see where the PCC level is different from the ACC. I keep hearing that the coach should be speaking 20% of the time however, there weren't many pauses for her to get to that awareness on her own. I am applying for my ACC now hoping to be as effective.

There's a thin line between coaching and therapy. Can you tell me where the delineation between the two is in this video?
@BoldWarrior78

Hi! In answer to your question...The main differences between therapy and coaching are...Therapy is mostly for people who are psychologically and emotionally unwell and who need help to overcome trauma. It focuses more on the clients past and present. Coaching is mostly for people who are in a state of wholeness and who are psychologically and emotionally stable (at least to a good degree) and who want to move forward with their lives and achieve goals. It focuses more on the clients present and future. The client in this video is certainly coaching material as she's in a good state of wholeness, has goals for her life and is focused on her future. The coach is also very good and obviously knows who are ideal clients for her.

To keep it simple, therapy has the capacity for medication while coaching doesn't, but it can literally be anything, even like therapy but with a goal. People try to give coaching a definition and yes, it works for that person but for another it's a whole entire concept. Not everyone is going to agree with the definition of coaching because it depends on the person running it and their niche.

Honestly watching this reminds me of my insurance covered therapy sessions…. I’m a special needs parent and honestly if I were to pay someone for a service like this I’d probably have to say I wouldn’t be happy with no legitimate experience feedback. Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ maybe it’s a niche coaching thing. I’m just being honest y’all. I’d rather have options rather than questions or listening 👂 as I said my insurance already covers therapy. Regardless, I’m thankful🙏 for the video so I can gain insight on what actually happens during a session.
