Can I ask what are your hardware specs? I've been messing around with the base animatediffv3 model and rendering 16 frames at 512x288 takes like an hour 😭. I'm definitely going to try out AnimateDiff Evolved now. I've got a 4060 laptop, so it's not horrible, but definitely too slow for this kind of work. But great video, I really enjoyed it.

Solved it, turns out comfyui optimizations make a HUGE difference, now the same thing takes just a few minutes to run. I followed your comfyui/animatediff-evolved setup video completely and it's been working stellar. I do run into issues with 8gb vram though, but nothing I can really do about that sadly. Thanks!

Hi, whats the difference between animatediff v3 and animatediff evolve, im just starting out stable diffusion....
