Creative Grid Rulers - My Recomendations

Creative Grid Rulers are my favorite!
If you do a lot of quilting with Pre-Cuts (Jelly Rolls, Layer Cakes etc) then I recommend the 18 1/2" x 6 1/2" Ruler and a Square Ruler either the 12 1/2" Square or the 9 1/2" Square.
If you do a lot of quilting with yards of fabric I recommend the 24 1/2" X 8 1/2" ruler and either the 12 1/2" Square or the 9 1/2" Square Ruler.

Great video, Margaret. I use only Creative Grid rulers for the same reasons you do. As for squaring fabric, I have my own method derived from classes or watching others do it, but a video on that would be good.

I want to make sure I am getting the best use out of my rotatory cutting wheel and my cutting mat. I do have the Creative Grids 8.5x12.5 ruler. Thanks for your help. your other videos are are helpful.

As to reply, I already had subscibed & look forward to that notification. BTW, I'm looking for all videos you've done as you speak clearly, describe useage well & I'm already a fan of Creative Grids rulers after buying other brands & finding them inferior on variety of reasons. I'm not a beginner but do plan many projects that require their specialty rulers (that's a long list). Stripology ruler I'm happy to own!

Please show us how you square up your fabric ! Ty for this ! I just got the 8 1/2 by 18 1/2 not the 24 1/2 lol if the creative grids lol I allready have the 6 by 24 fiskers so I couldn’t see me geting a half inch off but I really need it ! I also have the big easy from creative grids ! Idk if or what or how I can use it ! I just thought we’ll it’s the biggest ! But I have a cricut one that maybe a half inch smaller lol but I do wanna get the rulers on Amazon that is many for like 70 something bucks ! I have olfa squares I got at joanns with a coupon but I wished now I’d waited and got all creative grids !

Margaret.... Just wanted you to know that I just ordered the Creative Grids Striptology ruler, plus the 6.5x18.5 long ruler. I use a lot of precuts.
