So, one of the main reasons to have an LLC is for asset protection and anonymity. So now that anonymity is gone... so is asset protection! Not sure why you are skirting this?

Anonymity was only available in a few specific states (not WA, for example) and is rarely a main reason to have an LLC - liability protection trumps all. I'll make a video on the last part. :)
