I really like the 20 minute clock- I find this has been a barrier to journaling because I feel like I don’t have enough time to dedicate but I think this may help me.

Hope you and your son get to feeling better soon. My planner and journal plans change everyday 😂. I haven’t made my hobo purchase yet, because just as you said, I can’t expect to do something drastically different than what I’m doing now. I have a couple of months to decide.
