Are they same with V1? I bought V2 today because I don't need Bluetooth and V3 is a lot expensive here. V1 and V2 is only 2 USB diff due to promotion. So, i go with V2 for my laptop speaker replacement which is ROG scar with 4 speakers. Big improvement compare to laptop speakers no matter how many they are.
