You are such a creative artist!! I love those Distress pencils. I guess I need to put them on my Wish List! Seems I'm ALWAYS over budget on craft supplies!!! I like they are Distress colors cuz I like a little matchy-matchy!! Crafting is so relaxing & FUN! Its fun to just "PLAY" sometimes!!! I always forget to do layers! I appreciate all I learn from great artistic people like YOU! I LOVE your tags! You put colors together that I'd never think of on my own! I like that you tell us the colors you are using. That is very helpful. I'm trying to avoid buying any new products before I even use what unused supplies I already have!!! Thanks for sharing the new watercolor pencils with us! Do you think I could substitute paper napkin for the ideology collage paper? And color the napkin with distress crayons the way you did?

I’ve never tried that but why not give it a try. The collage paper is a little stronger than a napkin but with the layer of collage medium over the napkin it would probably work great. Now I’m curious and need to try this. lol! Have fun! ❤️

Wow! They’re stunning, but I’m having trouble with the coloring step. Getting the color damp and then rubbing it on the collage paper is causing the paper to get soft and tear. I’ve tried being gentle. What step did I miss.?

I use Collage Medium on the collage paper which acts as a seal. Be sure its completely dry before coloring. And It doesn’t take much water to activate the pencil. Hope this helps.
