Thank you so much. I had a conversation with you while I listened to your soft words in such a powerful message. I am in my 50’s and I did all the things we “were supposed to do”. As a recovering “hyper independent” woman, about 12 years ago I connected with the energy of what was truly missing - my initial descent in the Heroine’s journey. At my last high level corporate role I used to joke with a colleague when grabbing coffee in the staff lounge as she asked me - every time - “living the dream?” And I would say “yes, someone else’s dream but living the dream.” As I dove deeper and deeper into burnout by the choices I was making “so that I could shift WHILE DOING ALL THE THINGS” I felt separate from myself. The self judgment that came through my exhausted inner dialogue was palpable. Fast forward a few years, a few dark nights and now still feeling in transition, I am able to observe - easier - the self dialogue from the part of me that is asking for urgency. And I ebb and flow between receiving massive creative downloads and exhaustion, feeling I fell behind as I lost much of what I had built for financial security and the unmistakable feelings of flight and freeze. As I observe my depressive thoughts, I am reminded of the “mystery” (pulled that card last night doing a cord cutting ritual) of my own path and of the value of being comfortable with not knowing. My highest wisdom asks me to turn TOWARDS myself, with open arms and receive ME. To self observe, to allow and release the “how”. I am letting go of parts of me that were instrumental to my survival, beautiful and strong parts. Confident and kind parts. Inspiring and admired parts. I observe the resistance. Maybe I am ready to give myself permission to let them all go. Surrendering to the all knowing that I will find oneness and individuation on the other side. Thank you again Sarah 💗

You are always so spot on. I've been feeling self-conscious lately because I haven't been able to control keeping my troubles to myself. But I've also been met some of the most beautiful responses from the people I've been talking to about it. I wrote a realization down just two days ago, "I'm meant to be vocal and obvious about my struggles because people need to see that, instead of always just wearing a mask. We need less of people only showing "good vibes" and positivity. They need to see raw emotion and people feeling a mess. It's important for them to see my battles and my resilience."
