I think it was an amazing transformation quite lovely. Feminine without being too girly. I must say when the Mum cried I did too. That actually quite sweet and very touching when she thanked her for being a nurse.

One of my favourite things about this bathroom is now when her daughter grows out of pink they can always changed the accessories to another colour and then they don't have to rip out anything.

Love the advice given Tara you are the best ~ Start with a neutral base and then use accents to bring in character... LOve Love Love this episode....

I think they did a great job I'm not so keen on the pedestal but it does bring some character into the bathroom but it would look great with a more timeless piece, I love the herringbone tile but not so keen on the floor it looks like the penny floor where they stick coins onto the floor. If it had more space in that bathroom where the toilet was in a private room I would put a stand alone bath with taps coming from the ground up supporting itself and a shower but I know it is more practical having 2 in 1 saving space and money.

The only thing I don't like is the glass on the bathtub. It doesn't do a good job keeping the water in when you shower, and in the end, you end up with water on the floor anyway, which is something she complained about before. Either a full glass door or a curtain will do a better job.

I see what you mean but my opinion is the size of the bathroom being small and the toilet is now facing towards the opposite side wall is why they opted for that type of sink. Also remember they still have the existing cabinet in between the windows too.

I also prefer a proper vanity but I do think that sinks looks great with the bathroom. What I find strange is that the mirror is offset from the sink... Makes it awkward for flossing etc. when you expect it to be right above...

The Waterproofer did not silicone the joints before he put on the Waterproofing this is a must and an Australia standard .
