Finally I'll be able to cook without spending 10 minutes digging around for everything I need! It's these little things that really make living on the road easier. Thanks for being here

One thing that always amazes me is how I can misplace (lose) things in such a small space. It can be madening! Love the bags Ben they'll be a big help. Thanks - Dan 🌲

All the rummaging around really became my biggest frustration! I’m hoping this new setup will alleviate most of it! Thanks Dan! I appreciate you 🙌

1. Ben is a great guy. He took time to speak with about troopys as I'm about to buy one in the USA or import one. 2. Bulk storage sucks, well for the most part. I have a windoor that lets me access my kitchen stuff & food from in/outside the vehicle. I put a folding table when Ben has his awesome maxtrax table. Those canvas bags look great for keeping the small items handy. 3. 270 awnings rocks. I use mine for shade when working on my rig. My build seems like it is ever changing as my kids get older and our needs change. I'm glad to see you getting to the fun stuff after you persevered through the mechanical issues.

Thanks so much man! It was such a pleasure to connect and talk about Troopys (one of my favorite subjects lol)! The 270 awning is totally the best, especially when working on truck projects!

Hi Ben, those storage bags look great mounted there. Just thought I'll send you a tip. You also might want to consider some mollie panels throughout. My 4runner has them throughout, and they are a game changer. Watching you drill the holes in the troopy made me cringe. I will be faced with the same thing when I get back from my four day solo trip. I will be drilling a two inch hole in my baby to install a power outlet so I can get off shore power. Take care, and I can't wait for your next video on the troopy.

There is nothing quite as nerve-wracking as drilling holes in your car! The molle panels are a great idea. I may do something like that to mount some bags up on the ceiling! Thanks so much John! Hope you have a great trip 🏕️

You can never have too much organization! Looks like some high quality stuff and glad to see you taking the time to install them correctly to prevent headaches down the road! Can’t wait to see the build out!

Just a couple bits of advice. 1. When drilling steel, use slow speed on your drill motor and lots of pressure. Let the drill bit dig in and do all the work. Fast rotational speed will over heat and dull your drill bit and work harden the steel you are trying to drill. 2. Either spray the spray paint in to a disposable cup and brush it in/on the hole (bare metal) or buy a tiny can of the same paint you are using and brush it on. Will save the masking time and the over spray that gets everywhere and the finish product is way cleaner looking. 3. Pull your door panels off and vacuum those drill shavings out of the bottom of the door. If not, those shavings will rust very quickly and spread the cancer to the area they are resting in. 4. If your underside of the bed platform is the marine carpeted version, you can use any storage bag with velcro backing. I use the Blue Ridge Overland Gear 12x6x2, 12x4x2 clear faced utility pouches as well as their 8x4x1 pouches. Very good use of the underside and can be moved around as needed.

Nice video Ben. In a couple of hours I will go and look at a potential troopy.
