This pattern is adorable. What would you suggest if I wanted to make the quilt in a larger size for a preteen? Do you have more fabric of the same line in your kit that I could use for some kind of border set around the original size? She is following a tagged sea turtle online that is swimming all around Florida and the Keys, so this quilt would be a perfect gift for her!🥰

Are the sides of the turtle cut into and re-trimmed with a blue piece? That’s the only part I’m not seeing from the example pieces.
