Spray the shell with bed liner spray to reduce rattle, let dry and redo a few times. Its worth the trouble as it dampens the sound and improves clarity. Great job!!! Also why not add a better quality main speaker and use the original as the end cap radiator? Thanks

Mario ax maybe we can by putting power amplifiers on the output power of the fake jbl amplifier and use it as input for the power amp. So the old 3w will become like 15w depending on the power amp
