I have done this but it works very porly(it works only during rain or storm) if it is clear it wont spin. How do i fix it?

You have only tested a bulb that is something 12 volt to run and you have mentioned in title 220V so you have to test a 220V machine like to charge a mobile, laptop, tv 📺 something like that then your video will be good.
