I think all Choices were valid and help those with various budgets. I also learned somethings about mic placement even though I had years of experience with bands as a sound tech. It is vastly different setting up good audio for video for my channel. Thanks DB !

oh awesome. what bands have you worked with? and yes mic placement is so vital. It all depends on your voice to, i have a softer voice so i need my mic as close as possible, some people with booming voices can make anything work lol

Good job Danny doing the various examples, it's very helpful. I use the Wireless Go and Rode VideoMic NTG is the same way. All good options there.

I’ve thought about going with a “boom” set up or even using my Rode Procaster boom style. I think the Rode boom sounds way better, as it should for $299! Great vid and great setup!

SCOTTY D! whats up... ya im actually looking to go more with that same set up for live streams and podcasts as well.. i love the shure sm7b still an amazing mic, but i feel like the mic in the face is getting old lol

Thx 4 the info! I always wondered where some of those KZbinrs mics were. Or you could be like pewdiepie and talking directly into a shotgun mic 🤦‍♂️🤩
