Did you notice Gorilla Grodd and Circe have the same crystals on their forehead and costume? That looks a little suspicious or is it just me?

They're similar yeah, and I did look into it before filming through looking up various Grodd comicbook designs online and he has had similar shaped parts on his crown there, but more often than not it's usually a horn. So, I do agree they are quite similar with Circe's and they're both jewels. I don't think there's much to it though that the show will address in future episodes. A theory could be that in this vision of World War 3, Circe is defeated and these jewels are taken from her and fitted into his suit. Might be worth asking James about if we can get a response from him.

Same with me. I cried like only 1 or 2 times watching movies when I was young, Never thought I'd do that again that too for Creature Commandos and Weasel. I cried first time watching Barefoot Gen, and that fire scene where the girl got trapped was exactly like Barefoot Gen. God tragic flashbacks

I have two things to say myself about this episode. One I don't know if whether or not I think the princess is innocent but I do admit I do feel like she's been hiding something. And Two I like that moment between The Bride and Nina I can tell they're growing on each other they may end up friends yet

As far as Weasel vs Cerce... The people who think they nerfed her do have a point. The only thing the show runners should've done is show us before that fight how strong and dangerous Weasel can be. James Gunn telling us on twitter is not a good way to reveal to us his strength.

I honestly do not think that the costumes of the characters not yet cast in Circe's vision are an indication of a predetermined design of what we will see in the future. IMO they just went with familiar classic designs so the audience could easily recognize them.

I have to disagree I don’t see why they wouldn’t just NOT show the characters we haven’t seen yet. They had no problem showing superman, peacemaker, taskmaster (all characters we’ve seen before) and they look the exact same as their live action counterparts. I also think they deliberately designed Batman knowing they don’t have a final look but I wouldn’t be surprised if James Gunn gave notes on what he KNOWS his Batman will have (a large cape, long ears) but the rest of the suit is too dark to be recognizable even down to the cowl.

So much heartbreak here and I was very surprised. Gunn has a GIFT. But first off, this whole Circe thing is really cool. I’m loving her part and what she’s bringing to the table with a potential (scary) future. Love all the heroes, even if they’re not in the best of situations. Glad Batman was mainly covered and love the Wonder Woman look. I definitely think that’s Damian. Seeing Starfire was amazing!! I love the suit, and wouldn’t mind seeing it in live action. Wish her hair was curly but seeing it straight doesn’t really mean too too much. Seeing Circe cry made me more nervous about that future. I do think it was a little too easy for Weasel to take Circe down, even with his speed and strength. I felt a little bad for Eric but he’s still something else lol. The end of the episode was so sad. I don’t think I’ll be watching this episode again but it was very well done! Such a tragedy for the kids and Weasel. #JusticeforWeasel

Yo when I seen Gorilla Grodd was fkin insane especially since she killed so many superheroes such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Mr. Terrific, Starfire, Captain Atom, Hawkgirl, Supergirl, Booster Gold, Robin, and more. Weasel backstory was really interesting and heartbreaking especially since he was blamed for killing the children which he really didn’t which was so gut trenching that would become so dangerous. I loved this week’s episode any wait for next week!

Next to Batman is Vigilante on the left, Green Arrow is like far left and previous shot showed Supergirl and Stargirl again.
