Your credit limit is fixed based on your eligibility and capacity to repay the amount...hence to give an alarm to you an over limit fee is charged. 1 or 2 times you can request Customer care to waive off that fees by calling them and explaining it.

You should check with respective bank.....you can ask for waiver of charges ...or pay minimum amount due and pay full due once everything is fine..
