Why does Aventus have so many batches ? My country does not have Aventus at all for sale so I have to buy it from some german website(one of best in Europe aperantly) and i buy Aventus 75 ml from them. But then i find out about many different batches and now i don't know what i Bought. Are the diferences really so big or what? :(

congrts you are doing great job...actually am not much impressed with aventus...liked its pineapple smell..but feel uncomfortable .with a old oily smell of it ,as I feel it is like somewhat Ayurveda oil.... plz suggest layering...for it..or make video..which fragrance go well with others ..like blending aventus with vetivar or sandal..currently..i am layering it with azmal friction...

I have the new 2015 version. It's the R12. I basically get pineapple like for 10 minutes and it basically turns into a birch fragrance on my skin. I had a decant of the infamous z01 and that was amazing. The one I have doesn't smell to bad but the fruity one is way better. Especially with the high degree weather here in Vegas it works pretty well on longevity and projection.

Club de nuit intense for men, must have been reformulated. I have a 2016batch, and the longevity sucks big time. I get a blast of citrus, and after 30mins its already a skin scent. Awful performance. Mine is made in france, dont know about the UAE. I'm disappointed.

Stefan JN can not agree more on that, I have 2016 batches both UAE and France below average performance, I guess the performing bathes are the 2015 ones. Hope i can get my hands on the 2015 batch.

I have 14K01 from 2014 and I feel pretty much the same way about almost everything you said. It really is something special. But because of the cost, I only wear it for something special. Catch 22. With that in mind I have to be honest in that I cannot justify the price of another bottle when this one runs out, unless I got a deal that I couldn't pass up. My CDNIM (France July 2015), is so close after the opening and I get slightly better performance, that it just seems like a frivolous expense when I can get almost 750 to 1000ml for about the same price.

you're right about the 14k01, it was my 1st batch of aventus. I think I have about 10 sprays left so I went ahead and purchased a bottle of 15y11. What are you guys thoughts on that particular batch?

I didn't buy a bottle in '15 or '16, but with samples, for me the performance was terrible. About 4 to 5 hours of longevity. I would totally suggest trying some samples of Pineapple Vintage and Pineapple Vintage Noir and then either going with one of those or Mancera Cedrat Boise versus the newer Aventus batches.
