Creed Aventus Batch 19Y11N Review. Another Reformulation?

I totally agree about the lacking performance of this batch. Tried a sample in Bloomingdale's. Loved the smokey scent and amazing performance...don't know the batch but could smell it on my skin the next day and on my coat several days later. Bought a legit bottle online to get a better price...same batch you reviewed here...much sweeter with performance not even close to the sample...and this i noticed the first time I put it on so it's not my nose getting used to it. Waste of money. I'd rather use club de nuit which doesn't smell as good but lasts much longer than this batch.

As I mentioned in the video, it's pot luck with the batches. You could get good longevity with another batch but it might not smell as good as this one. Looks like there are drawbacks to all batches of aventus now unfortunately!

i agree the amount of money that it costs it should be long lasting and strong.

They'll probably last longer than the spray! Some say the first sign of madness is laughing at your own jokes but I couldn't stop laughing making it. I was looking for more man from delmonte videos and when I saw that one I burst out laughing. He's actually eating a banana. I pieced it together with some cheapo poor man's south american man from del monte advert for pineapples.

They Are decreasing the longevity so you buy the shower gel and balm to increase the longevity.

I got this batch. It got much stronger after 6 months

I haven't tried it in a while. In all fairness though gh you shouldn't have to let it sit for 6 months to get decent performance out of it.

@@SirSmellaLot I agree with you on that but what can you do about it right? The older batches are much stronger. Only worth it to me to get the newer stuff if I pay 185 pounds for 100 ml.

@@SirSmellaLot they recently got sold to Blackrock at the start of 2020. I tried some of the 2020 batches and they are really nice.

Well I buy from a reputable supplier. So I'd avoid eBay etc. Also not sure if I've ever heard of fake 500ml flacons. You make a good point though. There are so many batches it makes this fragrance easier to fake

@@SirSmellaLot I just wondered. I mean it had a batch code and all etched in. Looks real, smells good. But I guess there’s no way to know for sure unless you either buy right from creed or right from a creed authorized retailer. Lol but I even heard some one got one from Nordstrom that had no batch code. I guess people go there to try and exchange fakes 😂

@@JohnDoe-yb7ps anything is possible I guess! I'm pretty familiar with clones at this stage. You could even say I'm an expert at this point. A few years ago before I went down the Aventus rabbit hole I bought a 10ml decant of aventus at an excellent price. Lots of people had bought from this guy with no negative feedback, that's the only one I bought where I said this is definitely fake. It wasn't from an Authorized seller of course. Then again I bought a 50ml decant from a guy from my area who I know to be a good guy and I know it's definitely real. Usually when an offer is too good to be true, it usually is!
