That’s got to be one of the best ever pure rock funk grooves. Great lesson.

thank you. this looks like just what I need to help me get the bass nailed before next Tuesday have neither a good musical error to detect changes nor do I have good hearing to hear changes 😢 would never have been able to work out accurately the underlying riff but the top together with the camera focused on your fingers on the fretboard will be a great help. I am trying to contact the friend who will be playing the song. it's an open stage on Tuesday to check which version he will be following. This one or the Rolling Stones or even the original.... It is not always possible to find the bass and the tab for different versions, but apart from making sure I'm in the right key, do you believe that whichever verse you we play this pattern would fit? People I know are either too busy or not interested in rehearsing and So it ends up as me jamming the songs but needing a clear overview structure and bass riffs to be able to jam them well and then adapt if and when things change so thanks again

Loved this. Everything I needed. The fingering and tabs. Have you thought about doing Into the Mystic or I believe in a thing called love? I enjoy playing both of them!

It's incredibly difficult to hear the original. Lost of small variations. I think you are over-complicating the descending bit compared to teh original, but I rather like what you play and will steal it :-)
