I've been substituting a b11 on the 2nd fret for the b minor barre chord. I can play the barre chord, but it seems no matter how much I practice I just can't place my fingers fluidly. So frustrating!

Something I would recommend to those who are comfortable with the song as presented here, for the intro and outro, as you're moving from G to Em and from Em to G, just add a quick D chord. It really makes a difference.
