@@thrawl this is why I think knowing every little detail about a band is damaging to the art form. Take Led Zeppelin for instance, the majority of their success was due to the mystery that surrounded them. Because of you i started crying at the subway, people looked at me, but, i didn't care. You really touched my soul, deep down. Creep was a big part of my teenage soundtrack, I myself played and sang that song so many times at many places and I always feel the same, that beautiful sadness filling my lungs. But you made something so profund... You captured the essence of the song and mixed it perfectly as a Deftones song. The guitar sound, the right chords, the Chino's deep way to sing, as a whisper, as a confession, then you screamed with all your heart, broken, full of angst as Chino. Man, you created something beautiful, full of respect, dedication, soul, and that is what happens when a musician, a true musician, understands what a song tells, what a song means, what a song needs wich is not a chord and armonies thing, it requires blood and fellings, heart and soul, otherwise there are just sounds put together. The real music passes across our bones, no matter languages, ages or styles. Thank you for sharing this. Thank you.

As a major deftones fan, I've gotta say: you got everything down to the rasp, whispers in the end and vacant stare of Chino. The instrumentals were great, and the screams gave me chills man. Haven't felt something in a song like that for almost a year i think. Really good fucking job

That seamless lead out of the chorus @ 4:13 was the most Deftones thing I've ever heard not played by the band themselves. Like something right off of White Pony. A Badmotorfinger-era Chris Cornell covering a Radiohead classic entirely drenched in Deftones style, that's some serious love to the 90s right there.

I was mesmerized the whole way thru, also late at night (4:17am) in a darkened room with my headphones on with you full screen staring into my eyes was quite the journey. Great subtle edit/effects with the breathing etc, really added to it. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
