Actually a KZbinrs in my county did this, but it doesn't end well went people line up and wait so long after 2-3 hours the gas already empty ⛽ & as you expect people mad waiting for nothing & Threatening all crews. Except it would be over-crowded and out of fuel that day. You'd be waiting in line for 5+ hours for no fuel. He tried paying for everyones groceries in a store -- but the Employees leaked it.
