Im curious, when you look 10+ years back, how human, as a spicies, trying to hide from people in their surroundings by putting head down, and looking into a screen, and like it is not enaugh, everyone push (usually small cheap chinese, phones, deep in the ear, to reach the brain if possible. (Im doing all that too, but i started to avoid and reduce it as much as its possible) So, you/i/anyone goes trough the dark, especialy if its not some very well known place, and (to avoid people) you put your head down, dive into your phone, into the some other colorfull worlds, while in this "real world" you are blinding yourself by looking directly in the powerfull source of light, with the darkness all around you. From some other point of view, you are crippeling your sense of sight, as much as possible, if you need to look away, from your phone, to see something in the dark, you wont be able to, in the more than unreasonable amount of time, because, your eyes needs some time to adjust to even dusk, when you look up, and to adjust to dark, or almost complete darkness, its unreasonable amount of time needed to see sh!t you stepped in with your new shoes. Put that aside, for a while, with earphones, you are suffocating one more sense, sense of hearing, while your headphones are in/on your ears, you cant hear a monster truck inches from your back, when you stop the sound, or take them out, you need again a period of adjusting your sence to completely different surroundings. Now, i know that both things gives you false sense of security, while in reality you are blind and deaf, by choice. Also as nusproduct we are making ourselves even more distant from other people, than we already are. And to repeat myself, sense of security is false, and not just false, if someone decide to take your stuff, to beat you, or thighs much, much worse, you wont have a chance of recognizing the person which made you harm, because you are blind and deaf (for adjustment period of at least 5min) maybe some is shouting something to you, that potentialy could safe your life. You cant hear sh!t. Since your senses of touch, taste and smell, are not of any use in the dark, i may easily say that people doing that combo of watchig into the phone with headphones on, are even on light (if they are heavily focused on phone) and specially in the dark, disconnected with reality, they are in matrix inside of matrix 😅 and considering that we (the people), are spending already enormus time and energy by using smartphones, and energy is constant, just changing shape and being transferd to something/somewhere/someone else, what do you think who is the one or many, which entire humanity feeds with almost unlimited suplies of energy daily? Simultaniously making "sitting ducks" of themselves, and plant alike probability to defend him/her/it if someone/something attacks you. You have no chanse to positively indentify perps, because you woulf see ( or rather not see, and not able to identify where you attacked by midget mickey mouse, or 9 feat tall wolfman... connect yourself again people. We are going in the very wrong direction...

There's an interesting trick that you may bloody fancy knowing. If you're a sound sleeper, you have a logical imagination and you put these creepypastas on at least almost full blast volume before going to sleep at night. You can actually somewhat DREAM about the film versions of these creepypastas being read out loud and dramitically in these videos. It just worked with ME last night listening to THIS video during my slumber. So always listen to creepypastas, especially during your slumber if you enjoy nightmares as if they are just bloody horror films.

It was the story about the 3 bedroom rental that woke me up. I had been dreaming that I was with a guy (one of my team) he was taking me to show me the house when he decided that maybe I could just stay with him, he had a spare room I could use. I can't remember right now. Oh yeah, I just remembered one other thing. Just before I woke up he was looking at my rings on my right hand, one belonging to Michael, one his Grandmothers (maybe) and the other is my uncle Dennis's wedding band that I have not had the chance to get to him in jail. Anyway, the guy in my dream had pointed out a black ring forming on my finger. I thought that was strange it had never done that before. then I woke up to hear Mr. Funny man and the new feeds going on. I'll be back after I have finished my work in the kitchen. I'm gonna let Grammarly help with my errors, I don't have time right now.

Shorten it and it’s not as bad, but add at least a small bit more context to make it satisfying It’s not like the main character doesn’t know what happened, he saw the whole thing so it makes no sense why it would just end

“A Town That Dreaded Snow Fall” is a somewhat gripping mystery, but the way the guy came to be at that farm house is weird. I know he didn’t have cell reception, but to just find some farm full of Amish-type people living with a monster in their woods, and then just staying there for days without trying to get back to somewhere with a phone, etc, is pretty odd. I assume the car rental place would be looking for their car, he would be reported missing, and wouldn’t he be worried about his job, his home, etc?
