Misspoke at 11:38, you meant to say “bottom up”. You are a treasure trove of knowledge, thank you for sharing!

Ah, yup, meant Bottom Up. Yeah, recording a 20 minute video in a single take, occasionally say the wrong thing. Thanks for catching that.

Creo Parametric completely understandable, I hope I didn’t come off as being whiny or nit-picky, I love your vids!

Thanks, no, I appreciate you pointing it out in case anyone else watches the video and gets confused. I hate making mistakes in my videos and potentially making Creo more confusing for people trying to learn and increase their knowledge.

Is it possible for you to make top down design flowchart at 8:02 available for printing?

It’s been on my website in the Free Downloads section since forever.

It’s unfortunate that the “best practices” in creo require the advanced license. It’s roughly double the price. Critical things like that should really be baked into the base package.

Never been more offended than when he said “kids use this” for the way I’ve been using Creo for years at my internship.

By “he,” do you mean me? Kids literally learn bottom-up design as part of the child development process. Building blocks, Lincoln logs, Legos, etc. are the way most people are introduced to engineering and architecture. That’s nothing to be offended by.
