I've received two audits from two regarded agencies in the space. They both told me how great I'd done with the listing. Title, bullet points, amazing pictures, and branding. They both share very similar thoughts. They said I should be going after my competitor's keywords. One of the auditors said my pictures looked better than a few of the other products. They proceeded to tell me I should go after major keywords that use by my competitors! Sorry if I sound redundant, but I am trying to drive the point home. When I use my competitor's keywords my listing gets suspended! WTF, Amazon's droids tell me it is because it's against their TOS bs. I wonder if a tool like this could help me out. I'm exhausted, I've been at this for the last 24 months! I've spent so much $$$$$. In the verge of getting giving up! Not sure what to do anymore. 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂🤦‍♂🤦‍♂

It's against the TOS to use brand names, trademarks or competitor brands in your listing, back end keywords and PPC campaigns.

Hi Sir , Im facing an issue with my Amazon shipping plan. There is poly bagging prep category that always comes selected in the prep category.but actually we don't need any poly bagging prep for our product. I can't edit or remove it. Is there any solution please?

Hello! Is requiring Amazon to prep it or just that the product needs to be in a polybag? If the latter, then Amazon requires the product to be polybagged. If you think that's an error, contact Seller Support.

hello crescent! so im a beginner in amazon fba and your videos were very helpful but still i manage to make a mistake. i ve wanted to create an account in the uk market place but I wasn't paying attention and i ended up in us market place. now I have closed my account in the US, but until I do that the payment of the 49.99 dollars has been made and having closed the account I no longer have the possibility to send them a ticket about this. is there any chance to get my money back and how i do it? thank you! and sorry if my english is wrong in places

Hello! I'm glad you found value in the content! First, you shouldn't have closed the account. If you switch back to the Individual Seller Account, it's free. Since you closed it, there's nothing you can do. You can do chargeback with your credit card I suppose.
