Hey Crescent. Love you videos man, thanks for helping me get started selling on Amazon. There are more items that you can edit on a submitted shipping plan, from my experience. My Alibaba manufacturer first let me know that that there was going to be 25 units per box, 20 boxes shipped. They ended up using slightly smaller boxes so it ended up being 20 units per box, 25 boxes (with smaller dimensions and lbs per box). I was able to add 5 more boxes and lower the dimensions/weight of the previous boxes. This was a huge relief for me since I did not have to delete and recreate the shipping plan. Just wanted to update you all. Keep up the great work! -Joe

I understanding from watching this that even if I needed to an one additional item to my shipping plan, Im going to have to start over. 😭 I had an item that told me I wasnt allowed to sell (then how was I able to list it?), so I had to ask to get ungated again. Hi Crescent! Could you please give me some advice? We created a big shipment from China and accidentally exceeded our capacity limit. Now the shipment won't arrive for another 40 days or so, but we can't restock any new inventory that's sold out because this open shipment is eating up 110% of our capacity limit. As we're using a forwarder, we could re-route the shipment to our own warehouse, which would solve the problem. Do you know if there is any way to delete a shipment on Amazon that has already been shipped? And if yes, how quickly do you think it will free up space?

Thanks, but maybe I didn't word my question correctly. Amazon says it takes up tp 24 hours for a workflow to clear. Can you comment on what criteria needs to happen for the workflow to cler? I usually use up all 30 and have to wait a whole day and sometimes more for them to clear so I can add a new workflow.

Great vid a s always Crescent. .. My shipping plan got cancelled, but stock is on its way. Amazon have advised me the stock won't be accepted unless a delivery appointment has been made. It hasn't been made yet! They asked me to make a new shipping plan but thats tricky seeing as stock is on its way via UPS. My forwarder say that when we get proof of delivery it will be added to stock, but I feel like its a ll a gamble and dont want to incur removal fees. Any advice? Thanks.

If you're use the Partnered Carrier program, you still need to arrange the shipment yourself with UPS and schedule the pickup. The shipment date doesn't matter, just choose any date. So for everyone who has the same issue: I called Amazon and they gave me instructions: So you go to inventory/shipments --> select the shipment plan and click on the button on the right "track shipment" --> then click on the "shipment name"! --> then you get linked to your shipment plan (where you can also see the address of the warehouse etc.) and when you scroll down at the very bottom there is the "delete shimpent plan" button🤗! For some reason I wasn't able to get to that page anymore. So with going that way I just described it always works🤩. My missing part was clicking on "SHIPMENT NAME" after you clicked on "track shipment". P.S.: Oh yes, I think there is no one who can’t find value in your videos🤗! Every single one I watched is just awesome! So detailed, so on point, so helpful, so valuable! I am a big fan☺️! Thank you so so much for sharing all your knowledge with us🙏! My understanding is that a listing and shipping plan are very tightly coupled, given that a shipping plan can only be created once the listing for that item is created. With that in mind, If I have to delete and recreate an existing listing (using same UPC code), will I also have to delete and recreate the shipping plan for it? Or can the existing shipping plan somehow be tied to the newly created listing?

Hello! Thanks for letting me, I appreciate it. If your units are indeed case-packed, then just send it in as case-packed. You can always select the "Add a packing line" option to add an extra oddly packed box if you need to. Thanks. They said the warehouse will still receive it. But there is no way to undo it. I guess ill be getting a warning or something.😔

I've just listed my 1st product from China and created shipping plan when I did this it has only given me a label for the shipping box not the labels for each unit in the box 😅 any advice be appreciated my head is gunna blow off 🤯

Try a different browser or computer. In the end, it doesn't matter what the date is set to anyways like I said in the video.

I did it before i check out ur comment. And for a min my heart fell to ankle because maybe the fnsku change too? I follow the steps to delete, but even though I press delete, the plans remain. My first shipment of books, used scanLister, books are labeled. I see all 4 shipping plans I created for the same 13 books, don't laugh, but when I try to delete, they are still there.

If you look at your shipments page, it’ll say they are cancelled/deleted. They don’t actually disappear.

Hello. If the speed is too fast for you, you can change the video playback speed by clicking on the gear icon. As for the blurriness, my videos are recorded in 1080p. It’s definitely not blurry. Check your playback settings and make sure you’re watching the video in HD, also by clicking the gear icon.
