Hi .I haave second one with trouble. First i had whater in ,probably when they do bat change, anyway i pay to get other one, with lot of arguments give half as they want me to pay fool price for repair. They just change watch.No repair. Now one button not working. 😢 Just few months ago. What now?

Hi there, my Neon did not go into dive mode when I submerged yesterday so no dive data was recorded. Can someone please advise how to set this unit so it does what it's meant to? Thanks in advance.

hello, thanks for your video. I can't seem to remove the "FREESURF" word on this cressi computer. after I started doing more freediving than scuba, freesurf is always on the screen. it still records my scuba diving info, but it's just annoying to not be able to switch. can help? thanks

Ive had the watch for some time now but i realised that the ean and air modes as well as planning are not showing up on my diving computer. Is there any way i can fix that or is the watch faulty

Hey Scott can you let me know about how computer changes from gas 1 to gas 2 if i am in EAN and i have 2 dives first dive i do is on 36% for example and then on second dive it was going to be shallow so i was going to do that on 21%. How do i select with gas? Hope this makes sense!

Hi! Can I check are you able to remove the dive logs. Or totally reset the computer?

For stay reason you can not. once the dive is log on the unit it is unable to be removed unless the unit is reset by Cressi.

Hi is there a way to turn off GAS2 or make the display not toggle between gas1 and gas2?

I couldn't find this option in the manual. However, I set the same settings for gas 1 and gas 2 (since I'm only using one gas), and then there's no blinking. Hope this helps.
