Haha! Seemed like Mark managed to grab a few beers before this review! Love it

What is different GOA?

The cable tie is for those dive buddies that don't like you. You have to subdue them some how underwater.

Thanks for the review. It would be helpful if you would give the dimensions (screen, case and lug to lug) and show the computer on wrist, to give more of an idea of how it might look. Thank you!

Hi, sorry for my English. I have been given this watch and when I put the light in the background it looks like a gray circle and some stain. It is normal? He says the display is high contrast but do not know porquevse see a circle as if the O-ring or something like that trasparentase. Thank you

@Jorgemaestrillo I have a Cressi Goa and it has the same issue. I guess it’s a feature of low price range Cressi dive computers.

Same for me with my Cressi Neon. Any conclusions? Is it really a normal feature?

I think the cable tie is a retainer for the watch band on smaller wrists. I saw a picture somewhere with two retainers and since the video ony showed one, this might be the function. Can anyone verify? I have one on order, but it has not arrived yet. On my Mares Puck, I hate that super long band flopping around. It makes it hard to slip your arm into the BCD without getting the band hung on the BCD.

Hi, could you tell me how to access at SET option to configure depth and step alarms y Free mode, in cressi Neon please?

So... aside from the colour options whats the actual difference between this and a cartesio?

One is more expensive and harder to find... And that's it

@@turgutvelettin6727 Cartesio has freediving whereas Newton does not. Hence Neon is equivalent to Cartesio.

misterwabo Newton as well for free diving gauge mode is for free diving
@misterwabo6 жыл бұрын
@@turgutvelettin6727 Gauge Mode can be used for freediving but it's not whats usually considered a freediving mode (featured in the analogous version of the Newton, Drake). As far as I know, in Gauge Mode you dont have: surface time, dive number, recovery time nor depth step. Both Neon and Cartesio (and for this matter, GOA too) have true freediving modes. For further information check 2019 Cressi's catalogue.

Might sound dumb....but what is "gauge mode" and when would you use it? Thanks

The gauge mode is for free diving
@rickraub54486 жыл бұрын
@@turgutvelettin6727 thanks. My oceanic pro plus2 has a "gauge mode" but it's a large air integrated computer. Not one for free diving, that's why I was confused.
@ottosump96155 жыл бұрын
It's not for free diving, gauge mode is if you are just using the computer as a bottom timer.
