Crestron Programming - Virtual Sources

When I started programming Crestron systems in SIMPL Windows, my source numbers always correlated to switcher inputs. This made it easy, but also easy to paint yourself into a corner when adjustments needed to happen. Approaching sources as a "virtual source" with an index number can make your programming much more flexible.

Very interesting, I like these videos that make me question the easiest route in favor of a more robust one. Easy always "works" so it's not something I tend to question.
