Thanks for this video and this is my first time of watching your videos. I guess the presentation would give a better user experience if done directly. There's a bit of distraction going on with reading and presenting, plus, it is difficult to follow the screen texts on a small screen. Couldn't quickly catch up with the right text when they come and go almost in a flash. I'd sit physically in the room and do the demonstration, and cut to extreme closeup to show what's going on on the screen. Wonderful job.
