You can make motorfest feel and act real with tuning. Gt7 has no road feel and ffb is dull even at 10. Crew motorfest is way better, more enjoyable and not linear. Tracks are better on gt7 but if you want tracks get acc or assetto

Forza HORIZON, maybe, Gran Turismo and Forza Motorsport are non-issues with The Crew Motorfest because they're circuit racing games.

i rlly dont knhow how this game can ever beat GT, there no comparison, GT its more like a simcade with focus on competition while the crew its a full arcade game with focus on operworld stuffs. I like the Crew but GT (or maybe the new Forza) are unique in Console simracing.

Yah I got on the BETA for PS5, it's a lot of fun, some will get a bit sniffy re the comparison to GT but they are not the same sort of game at all. You do however still get a sense of achievement when you win. I will get it.

I personally don't see the threat at all. One is a really good sim, and the other is a really good arcade game. The Crew Motorfest is likely going to be a PlayStation always online equivalent to Forza Horizon 5, which is ok. I'm getting both GT7 and this game.

To me, it seems open-world racing games appear to be the most popular sub-genre of racing games for Xbox and PlayStation console owners these days, judging that Forza Horizon 5 has over 30 million players while The Crew franchise has over 30 million players, making them more popular than Sim Racing (Assetto Corsa) and Simcades (F1, Gran Turismo and Forza Motorsport series).

@@Kireth I also guess most Xbox Series X/S and PS5 owners will prefer to play The Crew Motorfest and Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown over every arcade-style kart racing game (Mario Kart-type games) available on Xbox Series X/S and PS5 including Disney Speedstorm. Cause I know, most PlayStation and Xbox console owners don't seem to have much interest in arcade-style kart racing games as much as open-world racing games and Simcade racing games, unlike how a majority of Nintendo console owners always prefer arcade-style kart racing games.

Yeah but they need to fix the meta car bs for the races they didn't really have a lot of cars to choose from so making one car the meta kinda sucked but I did like drive club alot

Well I'm mean other than the single player, looks like they just copied gt sport, they need to have a championship in sport mode that's always going not these special events, maybe yearly dunno I think they all have their quirks, love ACC but it can be buggy, and it definitely takes more time to get going.
