Jura has models that are focused on small office / more production environments that you might want to look at, which feature bigger water, bean and dregs boxes -- less filling and cleaning. This little guy would need to be filled and cleaned out pretty frequently, but unless you're doing all of these drinks back to back, should be fine. - Kat

I have bought it today, and I really dont know how to use it :) My question is , about programming the milk for Latte . How to program for just a little bit of a milk, not too much, because when I have test it, all cup was filled with milk

Thanks for clear presentation. Are you using whole milk or non-fat? Also, I see this is from 2012. So is the Micro 90 the same, but newer. How are they different?

I've been reading some negative comments online about the ENA Micro 9 not making drinks hot enough. Any feedback on this? Also I noticed this machine was created several years ago. Any news about them making a newer model in the near future?

If you warm up the cup in the microwave before making coffee it will solve the problem

Hi, do you think this machine is durable enough to be used in a small cafetaria? About 20-30 cups daily. Well, I guess not everyone can use a professional machine, so a one touch superauto should solve that.

i think, even though this one is for home use only, it can stand it with no problem. they can make 50k cups , my guess (construction is made for it)... question is for how long, but it pays back for sure. but i would not recomend to do it cause they get dirty from the inside.

can you tell me what it means if you put control knob all way to left and all the way to right .just see large circle and small circle with picture of bean

+Rich w The knob is your adjustment for the coarseness of the grind. When it is set to the small circle, the grind will be very fine. When set to the large circle, the grind will be larger in size. The finer the grind the slower the extraction. Let us know if you have any other questions! Cheers!

Lovely little machine, but the milk tune and jug look so clunky on this and similar machines. Wish they could come up with a more elegant milk system.

+Rich w It will depend on your coffee beans! Ideally you will want 2 ounces of coffee to come out in 25-30 seconds.

how do you shut off the off-after setting? why does it have to shut off at all?

+Chris Krulik This machine features an energy saving mode. You can turn it off if desired. On page 43 of the manual under the Automatic switch-off section there are step by step instructions on how to turn off this feature. theese are good machines, but are getting really dirty from inside... bad luck if you don't know hot to open it and clean it. my krups makes better milk froth tho, sad if you realize it costs the half and should be a piece of crap comparing to this. but even more sad is that people spend 3k for high-end jura thinking they buy something better lol. Same from the inside, but makes you feel like that 2k extra does the difference, coffe is better... lol. i cry.

I am uite disappointed with my Ena 9. The display module has burned our after just over 2 years (the warrantee period) and Jura france want 250 Euros to fix it. The machine works and displays everything but "READY" and any of the green measurement functions. Not the quality expected for 1000 Euros. My Impressa in Canada worked perfectly for 11 years, this one in France is not Jura quality.

Bought one of these brand new, completely poured water out of the box. Total piece of crap. Near impossible to fix or open, no options other than throw it out or just return it. Would never buy another Jura again.
