Red! No question. Jumped right out at me. This bike can never have too much red for me. I like these lights! It might be cool to have a reflector on the side of the light, so it doesn't lose the front reflectors.

Blue for the win!! Wiring and switch are in description of video. Lights are just from tractor supply! Ordered my button and wiring. Install video by end of week

I wish they had removable amber lenses just for added safety, and to be used as daytime driving lights. I like the blue on your bike.

Thanks for the vid. I have been looking for auxiliary lights for my 300L and there are way too many options. Those look great and nice I can buy them local. Looking forward to your install video and how they look at night. Thanks again!

You betcha! I’ll have by the end of the week. I won’t be using the install kit from TSC. I’m sure it will work fine you’d just have to get creative with mounting the on/off button. Personally I like the bar mount switch. And yes. Local stuff is nice sometimes!!

Fo those wondering how much current they will pull it is 800ma at 12V and 694ma at 14.4V. Pretty low draw. Shouldn't be an issue.

Both look good but blue wins! I want to get some of these but I am going with the turn signals in the hand guards and want to put these where the original turn signals mount. I just think it would look cleaner overall.

This is exactly what I was planning to do on my CRF300L. Did you ever do it? If so, did it work okay? Anything I should know?

Did I miss the part where the lights were on? How good are they at night?

Sorry thought I made that clear this was not an install video. I used my only install harness on my Grom. Install video to come. Personably I think the cyclops 10.0 pumps out plenty of light to not need any aux lighting. This will be a bonus.

Regardless of output the blue accent ring sold me and and added so much character to the bike!

Thanks for the video. Adding lights is on my list of upgrades to my 300l. Can you tell me what hat the stator output is for this bike?
@BackwoodsOffroadOverlanding2 жыл бұрын
Haven’t measured OEM static output. I’ve upgraded all lights to led so she’s pulling less than she would stock with everything. Using relays to ensure good wattage going to leds. Should have no issues adding running lights and other accessories. I wouldn’t be surprised if stator output was 130w
@timjk326 ай бұрын
can you tap into the rear light wiring harness for the acc wire?
@BackwoodsOffroadOverlanding5 ай бұрын
For aux? You can tap into any constant keyed power you can find. Running a switch with fuse and relay is best bet.

Hi. Can you tell me where I can get correct brackets for spot lamps, mounted to both screws from fork tube clamps?
@BackwoodsOffroadOverlanding2 жыл бұрын
Brackets used here are the ones that have the reflector mounted to it, remove deflector and there’s you bracket! :)

They look pretty dang sweet man 👍 Does the box or destructions booklet have a website as I tried a google search and they dont come up in Australia apart from yours and another video showing 3" ones so they maybe the new kids on the block newly released 👍😊 Cheers and keep up the down to earth videos doing great
@BackwoodsOffroadOverlanding3 жыл бұрын
Traveller brand I think is specific to Tractor supply company.

@@BackwoodsOffroadOverlanding thanks and looking forwards to more of your great videos and to see how good these lights work 👍 in Australia they are only supposed to come on with main beams so we run the relay activated from the switch you showed which gets its power from the main beam cable so cant be turned on separately which can be good if using them for high beam as you only have to flick 1 switch to turn them both off 👍
