Hey jourdon, I just wanted to let you know that on these Crfs there is that pink hose with a black plug in it. That is your crankcase breather hose and it fills up with water as you run the motor. It looked like yours may have had some water in it. Just a heads up to pull that plug and drain it every once in a while. Sweet light.

Hey man. Got the same bike and going to pick up the same kit. Also picking up a high output stator (70w). Have you put on trail tech fan kit? I want to do it but dont think i cant without a battery

Awesome. No I haven't tried out a fan kit. I can't imagine you having any problems. The light bar draws very little power.

I believe it's a combo. I think the beam angle is 25 degrees or so. Good down range illumination and just enough side illumination.

Juan Buritica Stock stator. This lightbar doesn't require a new stator.

Alexander No. You simply have to cut open the heat shrink and electric tape to expose them and then the provided splice connector will splice the wires together.

Did you use the stock stator and did it affect your bike

Yes. An aftermarket stator isn't needed with these lightbars. It doesn't affect the bike at all. Only turns on when the bike is running and shuts off as soon as the bike shuts off. Also, the light output doesn't change at all while riding.

Raul Camacho It looks like this setup only works with the 2010-2017 CRF250r. I'd shoot Lottworx an email and see which one would work as there isn't a specific one listed for the '08 CRF250r.

depends... if you don't have a headlight and want one then this is a good route. Most other lightbar kits are double the price. Anything cheaper or diy always seems to look and operate like crap. If you just want to get it to make your bike look badass, then that works too.

Depends on your state. This is an LED lightbar so most states classify it as an offroad/auxiliary light and usually they are not allowed on public roadways.
