CRF450R 2002 Fan Cooled...how to install a battery,rectfier,fan,lights,phone charge,on your dirtbike

hello everyone, today here to help how to build a simple system that will offer you power to:
GPS, Phone charge, lights, fan cooler ..... up to 3 amps 30w ....
kick start dirt bike. Nobreak battery, 125cc rectfier.....

I have an HM Moto which is the Italian street legal version of the CRF 450R, 2008 model. They seem to have put a stator from the 450X

what is the direction of the air flow forward or backward, if it is forward whether the counterflow when moving will not neutralize it thanks in advance😀

The gray might be 5v , double check with led light to see if will turn on. 4 cables from rectifier 1 positive to the battery, 1 neutral, 1 is main power that will connect to the startor , e 1 ou 2 ou 3 depends of your rectifier will be 5 till 12 v depends how much energy will rest. If u want to connect light without the battery, connect to the red. Instead goes to baterry send to the light. Will be 12 v . Gray u can just Isolate. Hope it’s help u

hello I have a yz250f 2002. Watch your video step by step, I have the same rectifier regulator but only the white cable receives the ac current but it does not rectify it to dc, I only connect the white cable from the stator to the regulator? Or do I have to connect another AC cable? the regulator screws to the aluminum subframe and when I use the multimeter it shows me the perfect ac current but it does not rectify. Could you help me thanks

Original mas recomendo colocar um high... com o original nao tem carga suficiente p gerar p farol dianteiro e traseiro e mais o carregador usb e mais a bateria... 👍🏽👍🏽

Fan cooler recommended: www.spalautomotive.it/axial-fans/VA32-A101-62A/33189 I’ve done test with this pc fan its okay but let’s be realistic, is Computer fan... dirtbike deserves something appropriate. I waiting for my delivery, get mine at ebay🇩🇪 for about 60euros... without temperature sensor.

@@Under_Rider ligar os fan não é difícil, ou arrumar um espaço pra bateria, quero entender onde devo ligar os fios da bateria para que ela recarregue pois a minha não tem bateria, como faço para que recarregue ?

Vamos la, primeira coisa vc tem que transformar a energia da bubina do alternador em AC. A energia vem em DC de la, energia alternada para isso vc precisara de um retificador. O da falcon seria top , qualquer bateria ia ter carga total a todo momento, arruma um alternador, normalmente ele vem com o mapa, tipo qual eh o o que entra corrente e qual sai, com multímetro vc tem encontra mas sera um pouco complicado. Any way, normalmente o retificador sao 4 ou 5 fios, um que vem do alternador com energia dc, um neutral, um que sai p bateria ja AC 12v esse ja carrega a baterial, acende farol, ventoinha, voltando la : sai mais um , dois ,12v direto p lampada . Muito simples, arruma um retificador e me da um tok se precisar de ajuda! Eh noix, aproveita e faz uma Fé, clica sino e ajuda a divulgar o canal.... vlw

@@Under_Rider moro nos usa, eu não preciso em si da bateria poderia ligar direto os 12v para os fans, mas acho q não dá pra sair direto do alternador pq é AC, mas como minha 2011 é injetada deve ter algum 12v DC só para ligar os fans. Se puder dar um toque no whats +1 quatro2five 5dois9 six5four5

Easy bro, Vc vai precisar do filtro . Esse filtro ira filtrar a energia do alternador para dc. Vc sim ligar direto mas a bubina da crf original eh de 35w. Uma luz liga, carrega o telefone mas uma fan nao vai pois esse 35w vc tb precisa dividir com a bubina de ignição. Retificador ( filtro) liga o alternador no retificador e o retificador direto na lâmpada.

2 of them…. Great thing is that also working with Any another👏🏽 Point of this video is not the pc fan but the 12v on u crf bellow 2006. We haven’t got a battery. 😣 With this instructions you can: Charge a phone with usb soquete. Charge a go pro, Led lamp Fan cooler installation spaw no problem. 32watt Front and back lights, also turn lights. Many Thanks😕
