@@TheCyberMantis I think that's why they played it in the middle of the set instead of it being the closing track before the encore like during the "Judgement Day" tour last year. Asami had to reach some pretty challenging high notes in this song. It's a reasonably long tour and the shows are pretty close together, we don't want her to lose her voice.

I was at this concert , quite in the middle and I found the mix to be pretty bad in general. As a drummer and bassist, the bass drum was inaudible all along (I never felt the punch in my chest), the bass was undermixed until Judgement day (and even from there there were up and downs in the mix), the guitars were sometimes undermixed or overmixed between each other (Midori's one was often better). The only good thing in the overall mix was the voice. I had a very good time though, but the audio quality was quite average even with their own sound engineer.

You summed it up pretty well. And I completely agree with all of your points. Midori's guitar was pretty audible to me because I was at her side, on the left, but unfortunately I wasn't able to hear Miyako's guitar parts so good which is a pity. Mostly I thought that it was because of my placement but you said that you were in the middle so...... maybe not only placement problem. And as you also said, the voice was surprisingly good. In every song I could clearly hear Asami's voice without any problems. But I believe that most of these "less positive" points happened because of the nature of these small venues in general. That's why I would also like to see them at bigger venue. But on a more positive note, I was finally able to see them LIVE and I was really close to them. This wouldn't be as easy at a bigger venue. So everything has its pros and cons. Nevertheless, they were really amazing and I definitely want to see them again. My favorite band for past few years and with no doubt also for future years 🤘.

Yah, though all those beauty, as their core value is the music and the sound themselves, I hope in the future more care and pre-gig preparation are conducted by the management, not by players. I heard from other guy that, in a small hall, the position and the aiming direction of the speakers could improve the sound space, etc. // Beyond my small worry, I fully enjoyed this video!! Honestly, that's what I regret the most, especially in this song. Ideal placement would be somewhere in the middle. That would help with hearing both guitars equally. A lesson for me.
