I wouldn't point fingers too hard at the management, These days the music industry doesn't care much about bands when one person with the right electronics and skill can be an entire band. When was the last time a band won an award? It's mostly one person who is winning awards and recognition . Victor doesn't sell abroad. They do not care. The Japanese market is enough for them. The funny thing is that Victor Entertainment Group is member of Victor JVC Kenwood conglomerate and do mostly exports. To get the upcoming album in the full version I had to pay 140 Euros via a mail proxy service.
