Siraj is a real issue. Goes for runs and seems to never pick top and middle order wickets. It’s quite amazing to what extent Bumrah is carrying this team. Tomorrow is a big day for Rohit and Kohli. So here we are, the old bad gloomy days of indian cricket are back i.e the pre 2014 era , where australia's top four use to score big runs , as is the case here with the top 4 get into their half centuries, so I think it will be Australia 410 in the first innings. This was not a easy wicket to bat at all, because of Siraj and Kohli stupidity Aussies dominated most of the day. Score should have been around 250 for 6 to call it as a day which belonged to India but looks like they might score about 375 and destroy Indian batting lineup

This got to be the biggest embarrassment that VK has put himself in. Getting into an altercation with a teenager who showed more resolve in one innings than what VK and RS have put in all series. Our bowlers are bowling low 130s to 135s kmph and you can count the 140 + kmph deliveries on your finger tips which were bowled during the entire series..Batting failed but we need guys with geniune pace this kinda military medium bowling attack wouldn't win you much overseas

If India loses this test fue yo poor batting, then the final test should not have Rohit, Pant, and Virat. Bring in the bench strength and let them experience the Aussie conditions. Harsha ji even Pujara is one of my favorite batsmen. Even more one of my favorite cricketing personality. But I would not call him stylish. He tended to play half-cock a lot and has a very pronounced bottom hand. May be you can ask him one of these days why he played so much of half-cock standing in one place not fully forward or backwards? This will not change my opinion that he is one of the best batsmen to have played this game.

I can't understand Rohit Sharma's tactics. Why two spinners? Why Out of form Siraj in the team? That is not all. Why to give new ball to out of form Siraj? Dropping Gill is good choice but why Washington sunder? Playing Nitish at 7 or 8 is waste. They should play him at 5 above Pant. Pant should be measured on his wicket keeping skills. They should not treat Pant as batsman. They should have taken Prasidh and Harshit Rana in place of Gill and Siraj. Very poor team selection. I can understand this but not sure why can't Rohit and Gautam understand such a simple thing.
