Played all 3 games but for me Brian Lara International Cricket 07 will be the OG game. As far back as I remember it had a whole different vibe playing it than the other 2 games. I remember me batting as Saurav Ganguly and scoring 400 plus runs against Australia in a test match. Miss those days.

Nothing like Lara! The bowling controls set it apart. I had so much fun with the 2-player mode in Lara 2005. If it weren't for the bowling controls, there'd be no fun playing this. I had also played Lara 99 which was really good for batting but not so great for bowling. Lara 2005 really raised the bar for me and I played it for years.

I still like the way Cricket 0 looked even more than modern games except for DB 14. It's so unfortunate that it doesn't have a community to make proper mods like a DRS system, career mode etc and I can understand as to why.

lastly although im on the lara 07' bandwagon cos im playn it now(on xenia in 4k very smooth), I think cricket 07 has that great arcade feel and the animation feels better out of any of them. it feels like your playn a proper cricket game with something on the line.

Ashes 09 is not easy game ..you can get out surprisingly many times..i feel EA cricket 07 is bit overhyped game . This was the first cricket game i played, and i played it a lot .it was easier as compared to brian lara and ashes. Also it had very limited shots..once you play it for while,you know all the tricks, and you can win every match.. that's not the case with ashes or brian lara.these games are more challenging, and that's why they deserve more praise..

Cricket is popular in Subcontinent, Australia,NZ,SA and england, sad we don’t have our video game not as big as NBA or NFL, didn’t included FIFA bcz football is popular in the world, but As subcontinent’s economy grows and more and more people will have money to buy gaming consoles and PCs, markets for cricket game will grow and hope we get our game soon with licensed teams and good budget

so my real point is you must realise that the xbox 360 version is better looking than the ps2 version. im a staunch ps2 snob but know when xbox is better lol. cricket 19 for me is a great game actually I like the graphics of the players better than the cricket 24 game.

I was always ps2 but never got this game and never knew how good it was and licensed players to boot. well i played the xbox360 Brian Lara 07 and its great , easy to pickup n play im on xenia playn it in prob about 4k resolution and the rest but its smooth as silk. I find the ai too easy for lara game, its bowling is too shit.
