Amazing commitment to teaching sir. Just a question. The coachers keep repeating that the weight should be on the balls of feet. For that they ask young batters to flex their knees without crossing their toes. But I see you are landing on your heels while playing the shots in this video. That is very obvious in your forward defence also. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks for listening. I loved this video to the hilt especially the moment you took the ball in your hands telling that you would hit it somewhere inside the house. Amazingly sensitive. Love you sir

Nice video and I am totally in consensus with your suggestion for shadow batting practice. One question though, it seems your front knee is not bent for forward defense or drives. We were taught that if your front knee is not bent, means your weight is not fully transferred on front foot. Is it correct?

Sir, kindly guide how to keep eyes on the ball ( Fast & Spin ) and what would be the best technique, stance and head direction. i saw your videos regarding stance, grip, shoulders, feet gap but even than it is very common problem for all young batters to keep eyes on ball right from the bowlers run up to delivery of ball from hand to reaching you to play a short. Try opening your backfoot a bit say 4 to 5 inch forward then front foot. Keep ur elbow towards long on and lift ur bat slightly towards first slip.
