Cricket Fielding Guide - Part 3: How to throw a ball

This marks the third video of our cricket fielding beginners guide. In this video (Part 3) we will be looking at the throwing technique
When learning to throw a ball, we have to try and accomplish a few things. Firstly we have to make sure that our body is working in straight lines so as to minimize the amount of strain on the body. Secondly straight lines will help us throw more accurately. Lastly we need to make sure that we have big leavers with lots of explosive power to ensure you can throw the ball far enough.
Since fielding is such an important aspect in cricket, and EVERYONE needs to be able to do it well, we have decided to start this series of videos (Cricket Fielding Guide) to help each and every one of you improve your basics and give you the knowledge and tools needed to improve your fielding.

The only real "biomechanics" are that you have to make sure that you get yourself into the line of the ball, from that point on it all the hard work you've done that will get you through it💪🏻

There's unfortunately no quick fix to middle every ball. You have to work hard, hit a lot of balls. make sure that your hands and positions are good... I'm sure if you stick around and do the drills we demonstrate in our videos you will improve !!!💪
