🏏 Cricket in Antigua

Cricket is a favorite pastime for Antiguan’s, and it can be enjoyed as a social event, where community members tend to come together to enjoy music, food, drinking, and of course: the cricket game. It is also played locally between both primary and secondary schools and community teams.
The Antigua and Barbuda Cricket Association is part of the West Indies Cricket Board and sees Antigua Players representing the country at both a regional and international level. Some of the major tournaments that Antigua has played in include the T20 series and the Stanford 20/20 tournament. There has been a total of 17 Antiguan West Indies Cricket Captains.
