Nothing says camping like Jiffy-pop. I bet I know the reason the girls didn't go camping - the chance for a quiet time at home, bugs and especially the lack of amenities. Up here on the border of Winnipeg, in addition to the big, lush loons, we also have mergansers, mallards, various species of teal; wood, harlequin, canvasback, ruddy, ringed-canvas back, American wigeon; shoveler; lesser & greater scaups; pintail; surf scoter; cormorant, crane, and more. It's much of why I love going up to our Boundary Waters Canoeing Area, to canoe and see all the waterfowl, moose, owl, deer, hawk, bald eagle, fox, goose and more. I look forward to the next camping episode!

Biscuit reminds me of my previous sheltie Windy. She loved to chase shadows and the flashlight too. She did learn the source of the light to the point where if you shut it off, she came up to the flash light climbed up to tap her nose against the light to turn it back on. She used to also like to take up a whole queen size bed while sleeping but she was a big 45 lb sheltie.

My son got braces at 12 (we figured he needed all the help....) after 2 yrs and only a wire left he got plyers and removed them, dentist said she'd never had that happen before, I said we're lucky we got them on him at all! Stay strong, wish I'd of gotten them, too vain back then!

Can’t wait for part 2! Great to see Liam and Scott. Ooo, I hope Logan doesn’t have to wear braces for too long. Many years ago I was scheduled by one doctor to have them on for 1-1/2 years. Due to another doctor difficulties I had my dentist take them off. Had them on almost 2-1/2 years!!! Enough is enough!! Hope all in your family is doing well.

I had one stubborn tooth that wouldn't turn and the dentist kept me in mine for 8 years (way back in the 1960s/70s). It messed up everything so much that at 65 I had to start getting dental implants.

Oh wow, tornado camping. Yep, been there, have that t-shirt. Glad you didn't get hit. I bet the pups hated the storm. We're looking forward to seeing part 2. I bet Cricket and Mom (and Yoggi) were happy not to be there with that. Jiffy pop, never thought of that, our popcorn pups would love that. We remember a lot of trips setting up in the dark, we did festivals twice a year for over 15 years. No pups, though, they got to spent time at the kennel with their friends. We can't do it now, too old to set up. So our boys won't get to do that one. We are waiting for southeast Texas to cool down so we can take them to the park and walks again. It's been more days of 100 degrees than not for the last month and a half so we're REALLY tired of it. They do get to go ride in the car with me to pick up dad on Thursday (he works in downtown one day a week, the rest at home, gotta love IT jobs). Aska HATES the car, he spends the trip drooling buckets. I'm really getting restless and want to go to the beach (we're 15 miles from Galveston) and do Sheltie Meetups with the other pups here. Can't wait for part 2. We look forward to our weekly visit with the Cricket Chronicles kids.

I had a SUV I bought for my late hubby it seated 9 and load up with much bags 50 pound bags of grain like a truck. we could of used the roof but did not. I had retired so bought the car for him. he had not lived to enjoy it. But I see your adventure and think to bad I had not given it to you. you have fun. I get to watch.
